Mahesh is a key member of the firm’s dispute resolution practice. He has experience in handling an array of disputes ranging from commercial to constitutional, including civil disputes. Mahesh has appeared before Courts and Tribunals at different stages of litigation. He regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka and has also appeared before various High Courts in the country. Mahesh has significant experience in handling disputes relating to property and real estate, recovery and insolvency, intellectual property and employment, contractual and constitutional.
Mahesh has obtained a degree in Law from the Bangalore University in the year 2008 and has also acquired a Masters in Law qualification from the National Law School of India University with specialization in Business and Commercial laws. He enrolled in the Karnataka State Bar Council in 2009.
Mahesh has represented Karnataka in the junior levels in Shuttle Badminton. In his free time, he loves to travel and spend time with his twin boys. He is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys learning about nutrition and wellness. Photography, vintage bikes and ornamental fish keeping are his other interests.
