Harshitha has three years of experience in Civil Litigation and Intellectual Property Laws. Her varied nature of work with respect to both the fields includes appearance before the district courts, high courts, tribunals, government departments and consumer redressal forums (district, state and national), trademark and copyright prosecution before the registry; trade mark, copyright and patent infringement suits, representation and transactional work with film – production houses and artist agreements. She has completed her B.A., LLB (Hons.) at Jindal Global Law School (2015) and LLM (Masters of Law) in Intellectual Property at Cardozo School of Law, New York (2016). Harshitha enjoys playing Badminton and Basketball, a dancer who aspires to learn the guitar.
